Description: Gutturnio Speriore is a DOC can only be produced in the province of Piacenza. It is a still wine which can be released on the market only after the 1st April of the year following grapes-harvest. The colour is intense ruby red, the taste dry and full-bodied.
Food matching: pasta dishes with meat sauces, red meat roasts and grilled poultry.
