This sweet sparkling wine is extremely typical for our area, a partially fermented must from Aromatic Malvasia di Candia grapes that recalls the Moscato wine from Piedmont but is unique for its intense aroma. Malvasia has been for a long period the most cultivated native grape on the hills of Piacenza and we still rate it as the most representative white wine of our territory.
